First impression from my first call to the company was impressive. The man that answered the call was very knowledgeable and pleasant. The young man that came to my home to assess and complete the task, was exceptional!!!!
I called another well-known pest control company this morning to get a termite inspection. The phone answers, and I'm directed to start answering a series of questions. What seems like a minute into the call. I'm still talking to a machine. Then, some of the questions become repeat questions to what I've already answered.
