This lady ain't to be trusted doing taxes. Avoid Sherritta Nelson. She never told me the refund amount to expect or her fee for preparing. I found out months later the amount and she pocketed over 3000 bucks of my refund. Stay away from this crook.Run fast away from this crook.?
Tried to figure out what was going on w/ my taxes, since she claims to have so many years of experience in the industry, & she decides to argue w/ me, & this isn’t the 1st time. I don’t appreciate that as somebody giving her my business. Honestly wish I didn’t have to pay her for her services cause she’s been really rude since about 3-4 weeks of me not receiving my taxes. Told me at the beginning I would get my taxes fast & w/in 21 days. Her business card even advertises that. But almost 2 months later now & it’s a problem for me to contact you about my issue? Even if the she can’t handle the issue directly, she could’ve maintained professionalism. 10/10...read full review
