I had a great experience at Stanton Optical thanks to Jose. He was very professional, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to answer my questions, made everything easy to understand, and made sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. His customer service was excellent, and you can tell he genuinely cares about helping people. I really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend working with him!
I ended up leaving because there was a longer wait than I’d anticipated with someone, who also had an appointment, ahead and had been waiting longer than me. Very kind staff with the exception of one gentleman who seemed a bit abrasive when a question came up regarding my insurance. A different associate had agreed to verify my coverage but he objected stating I needed to do it, however she interjected, stating it was fine. All good but that conversation felt a bit awkward.
