As a parent of a special needs child it’s not often that I am met with customer service that is caring, kind, considerate, and compassionate. Nicole was able to provide that at a top tier level.
From the moment we walked in, she showed incredible patience and warmth while helping my autistic daughter choose and fit her new glasses. She took her time, made sure my daughter felt completely comfortable throughout the process, and kept me updated every step of the way regarding our order status. When we returned to pick up the finished glasses, Nicole immediately got us taken care of without any delay or unnecessary stress.
