I was referred to Seavonne and from the start she was very responsive, upon me initially reaching out to her about establishing my business. When it came time to do my 2023 taxes, she was prompt in confirming she had received the documents I had loaded in the portal as well as she was very thorough in completing my taxes in a timely manner. Seavonne was very professional, friendly, and patient during the time scheduled to go over everything which makes for a wonderful customer experience. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I tried out quotes through other services but they were not very responsive. Rubyat Luxury Tax Service made the entire process quick and easy and was very responsive. She was professional throughout and provided me with an explanation of how she came to the tax return total. Great service overall.

I’ve been using their services for years now. I use Ruby and she is amazing and knows her stuff and is extremely fast and informative. I used to do my own taxes but it’s less stressful with the help. I would definitely recommend and send everyone I know. The best part is I’m always out of town and we can do everything virtually! Love the service.
