LT pools have been amazing. We had no idea about how to take care of a pool or what it would take to build one. They took care of everything and kept us informed throughout the project. Yes there were delays but due to Covid and manufacturing. This is our second summer with a pool and we take our water sample to the store bi-weekly and they tell us what we need. Emily in Customer Service is The Best, always has an answer to my questions & if she doesn’t happen to have an answer she ALWAYS calls back with the answer!!! I will always be a loyal customer! They are professional and will go out of their way to make sure that you are taken care of. They may stay busy but that speaks volumes in my book. From start to finish my pool installation was done perfectly.Services: Winterization
