The two stars are simply because Haley is kind and either always answers the phone or calls me back.
For a month, I called and asked for a quote. I sent pictures and was available anytime they requested. They finally made it out to view the pool area and after asking for the quote multiple times, I still never got it. From the initial information, to the appointment, to the never received estimate, not one thing happened when I was originally told it would.

LT pools have been amazing. We had no idea about how to take care of a pool or what it would take to build one. They took care of everything and kept us informed throughout the project. Yes there were delays but due to Covid and manufacturing. This is our second summer with a pool and we take our water sample to the store bi-weekly and they tell us what we need.
