Super excited and so appreciative for Marcell…. He gave my hair life with amazing curls….. great conversation and all the ladies were so sweet…. This is definitely my new salon…. Thank you ?

This was the 1st time I used a JC Penney's salon. I took my daughter to see Ms. Nadine. She did an excellent job on my daughter's hair. I highly recommend her for natural thick long hair!

Too expensive for the service, you pay more regarding the stylist certification, yet you get the same service, make sure you know the stylist credentials, so to speak, because the price can vary $15 To $20. Again, the style may be the same or worse. Over a $100 for pretty much a blow out and a condition is a bit too much! It was last minute, so I had no choice, but beware, ask for the cost. It's not the same.
