The worst by far. They use a third party company call rehrig so gfl seems like a shell company. I’ve had service mind you for two weeks. They never picked my trash up the first week then the second week came to pick up trash from container but not the bags from the week prior. To get my money back it will take 10 weeks .
I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing this service...please spend your money on trash collection anywhere but here. Unclear policies, inconsistent pick ups, and unknowlegable customer service reps.
Have not had my trash picked up for the last 2 weeks. They even farmed us out to a different company several months ago. I am so fed up with their service that I will be firing them after they refund me for no service for the last 2 weeks
