Cody and coworker gave horrible service when I took my Apple watch in to be serviced. They had me wait just to tell me they can’t fix apply watches only phones.He acted as if doing what needed to be done to get the watch sent off was a hassle. (Their procedure) I took my watch and left. If you’re not getting a phone fixed don’t waste your time making an appointment here. Lacking customer service skills. Visited on 7/20/25 at 2pm.
I am a person who looks for quality service sometimes over product satisfaction as they can likely be returned. Yet if I don’t get good customer service I’m likely not to return.
Today Wilson serviced me in the Geek Squad Department. He was polite, as well as helpful. Although, my laptop was not able to be repaired, he’s still opened it back up to show me what I asked to see.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I ordered a tv and had an appointment for delivery and installation. They rescheduled my delivery 3 different times without even making me aware. I have to constantly be calling to find out what is going on. And what’s worst is everything I call I get representatives outside of the country that cannot help me. At this point I just want a full refund ????
