First Plus Medical specializes in interventional pain management, using a multidisciplinary approach to get to the root causes of pain. The providers identify the source and provide a range of solutions, working with patients at each step for ongoing guidance. The people are amazing, compassionate, and drive the practice. The staff is always nice and professional, answering questions and following up. Patients describe the team as a second family and feel in good hands. The facility is very nice and very clean. The massage therapist is noted as the best, providing significant relief. Many would highly recommend and refer the practice to others for going above and beyond.
The staffers were nice, the first appointment took over 3 hours. I had a prescription problem with the emailed, faxed or called into the pharmacy. So do not accept an appointment on Friday for any visit, unless you have enough time to check the pharmacy and call them back to fix the problem. My RX was emailed to the pharmacy on Saturday to fix this problem.
They’re my second family and I only been going there less than a year. Big Shoutout to Ms. Pam, Ms. Rachel, Chris, Dr. Stanford and the rest of the staff for helping me with finally getting some relief 🤘🏾
They are ALWAYS so nice & professional. If I have any questions they have no problem answering or following up with the answer. Mrs Pam is nice..... when I come to first plus I know im in good hands like a family. Would recommend & refer 20 times over again
