“All of the staff are very nice and welcoming. The office is beautiful from decor to aroma. I honestly love it here, I JUST started bringing my kids! I had broken a piece of my tooth off and needed to get it filled. In my 30s and I was NERVOUS to get the lidocaine needle (because I had never gotten it before). Dr. Lindsay Smith was so patient and gentle, she made this first time experience GREAT!
Oh and yes they are very gentle in your mouth when doing work. And they offer warm blankets!“

“Everyone is extremely nice except the lady that checks the patients out when the visit is over. She has to control herself to have the appearance of being nice. I would have appreciated being told that this office is not in network with my insurance before I had my cleaning done and had to pay an unreasonable amount for a cleaning. I was not happy about that part BUT I cannot take anything away from the Dentist and his STAFF. They are awesome! This would have been my dental office if they were in network.“

She helped me with my insurance, what it covers, what it doesn't cover and my next steps. She spoke to the Dr on my behalf and then called 3 other Dentists to make sure I was covered by the best plan and the best services. WHO DOES THAT ????
