My PC kept getting the blue screen of death errors. I had a guy come to fix it, but that was not very helpful. I found CTS on Angie's List, and since there were many good reviews, I decided to give that a try.Called and spoke to Gregory and explained the problem. He said he'd come and we set up the appointment.Once he started working on it, he pronounced the hard drive dead, and said I could replace it or get a new computer. I really like my computer so wanted to try to fix it.Gregory went to find a new hard drive at Staples, but they didn't have any, so he ended up going out to Best Buy in Conyers. Mr. Cleveland did a great job. In five minutes he diagnosed a bad hard drive, which was not surprising considering the PC is seven years old. Rather than buy a new one, I asked him to replace the drive, since I really like this PC. He ended up having to go a good bit out of his way to find one, but did come back with a solid state drive and installed it. Since then, things have been going smoothly and much faster. Very happy with the work and price of repair. Highly recommend CTS Computer Services.
