Overall, visits have been relaxing and customer care is pleasant. Not so today

Requested style: Regular manicure and pedicure

Cleanliness: Location usually clean and tidy as was this morning.

Stylist: Tina was asked to clean off toe polish off skin she responded impatiently as if she was asked more than once. I asked if she was doing okay. She said yes.

I would say Kevin does the best pedicures and go on a weekday because the weekends get crowded but they are generally kind and have a loyalty card you can punch for $25 or more services. I like it because the pedicures are good and I can usually get in and out. I like the ladies to do my nails.

I've been going to this location for around 15 years overall. Although I have deviated off and on here & there (I've NEVER been totally loyal to any 1 nail shop), and they have somewhat changed personnel here and there, I am rarely disappointed with the quality of work I receive here. The prices are decent enough for the quality one receives. That in turn leaves plenty of "room" for a customer to leave a generous tip, in my opinion.
