My name is Patrick Taylor and I'm the hospitality coordinator with Jack's family restaurant. Jazz working the entrance was awesome. She was polite professional and concerned. She clearly explained what was about to happen and other parts of the car wash that was available, she is what I teach the employees at Jack's how to perform excellent customer service
Kyrese was a great help and has amazing customer service. Anything i asked he made sure to assist me in every way possible! You guys should keep him on the team, because i come there every week knowing I’ll receive the best service!
This car wash goes above and beyond ! My car is always so clean .They have great employees. One I’d like to brag on is Landon Walker. Offers the best customer service.Is always professional.If I need anything he is always on it !
