“Called regarding leak in my living room ceiling downstairs. Reported it was coming from my dormer window upstairs. JJ came and looked inside and out. Said he would have another worker come look because he wasn’t that knowledgeable about this type leak. JJ then returned again and we set a date for workers to return. Workers found damage and replaced wood that had rotted and using my own singles, worked on one area. Next time it rained the leak was still obvious in the living room in the exact ares. JJ returned when I was out of town and said the leak was coming from the window, gave me the number of two people he thought could make the repair. While the workers did repair and replace some damaged wood it did not correct the issue, I originally called for. JJ reported that the workers said there was a leak around the window but did not report this to me until I called to report continued leaking downstairs. He is a very nice young man. UPDATED: 8/29 Ryan Harmon came today with a crew. He was very helpful to complete the job. Admitted that there was communication issues and he was making sure I am pleased with all the work.”
