I called the office # on Tuesday and a nice receptionist set up my appointment for Thursday. I was elated to learn that the technician arrived at my home just a bit late to diagnose and repair my washer! The receptionist called me to inform me that he would be a few minutes late due to a meeting he attended that morning. He had the part he needed to repair and it’s working beautifully! They are very professional and I highly recommend them for repairs! ?Service: Washing machine repair
Casey was very professional.. he fixed my fridge!!! I was REALLY impressed with the footwear covers we wore to protect my floor and the floor mat he brought with him to clean his feet before entering... I will definitely use them again!
Used these guys today. Very professional and responsive. They kept me up to date on when my tech would arrive. Casey Hersey solved my issue. He was awesome! Very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend Casey and Mr Appliance!
