I took my 2013 GLK to this shop because it was referred by a relative and I was 100% satisfied with the service, price, and knowledge of the expert mechanic. I had several other people decline to do work on my vehicle when I told them the problem and recommended that I take my vehicle to the dealership. Nope didn't need to, my vehicle ignition was bad and the car would not start or shift from the park position; which made it very hard to get on a tow truck. LMC AUTO got me back driving quickly once my part arrived within a week. The shop is busy so I recommend you have a little patience but the outcome is worth it!!
LMC's Larry is a great, classic mechanic. He is honest, hard working, and truly knows his way around Mercedes having been a former dealer mechanic and with his years of experience and love of the art. When you walk in LMC, you know you're at a real mechanic's - it's not shiny & sterile, nor is Larry - he's the real thing. But take one step into the garage you see dozens of people trust him with all types of high end, expensive German iron; much of it in deep trouble. The service and repairs are fabulous ! I no longer fear car breakdowns knowing a well educated and experienced auto tech is the brains behind the repairs, Larry. I had a problem with a car that several mechanics failed to correct. I lost hundreds of dollars of repair costs that wasn't the remedy in repairing the issue presented. This was frustrating. I explained this to Larry and following I left my car in his expertise to hopefully correct. In no time after dropping my car off, Larry called me and found the circuits grounding system was at fault. When I picked up my car, ethically he decided not to charge me knowing my losses.
