Needed help on a Sunday afternoon; could not get in or out of the back door because of a broken/stuck door lock. The technician, Israel, responded rather quickly and went right to work to solve the issue. In short order he had removed the problem bolt, replaced it and rekeyed the new lock to my existing key. All done in less than 30 minutes. He was wearing a company shirt, well spoken and professional.

Very convenient and helpful commercial locksmith. They understand the requirement of business place security and the work is just according to that. We had an issue with our keys not working at home one evening. I called in and out locksmith, and they sent out an emergency locksmith within 30 mins! He was very friendly, worked through the night, and got us in the door at a reasonable price. He did the job quickly and with minimal disturbance. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a locksmith in Alpharetta!
