I had the pleasure of meeting Ernestine from this company today at Chick-fil-A, right after she finished her work. I visit this location frequently and have always wondered who was responsible for keeping the place so clean and well-maintained. When I saw her coming out, I had to stop and say something. She was incredibly friendly, kind, and professional.
I’m not usually a fan of public restrooms, but this one is exceptionally clean every time I visit—it truly stands out. It's clear that Ernestine takes pride in her work, and it shows in the quality of the environment she helps maintain. Great job!
