Crown hair salon

I got my hair braided here (boho short/shoulder length box braids). Prior to going I confirmed with the shop that they were able to braid on short hair. They said yes no problem. But, within a week and a half, my braids were slipping off. Just completely falling out of my head, slipping out, it was really embarrassing. Then, within a week of when they started slipping out, over half of the braids in my head were gone. When I lost the first 2 braids, I reached out to the salon again to let them know. She apologized and said she could fix it. I asked her when, and receive no reply. I followed up again with her twice after that and still received no reply. I had the stylestyle in for two weeks max and had to take it out because half of the braids or more were gone and the style looked so bad and thin, very disappointing. On top of that, at the initial appointment they told me the style will only take four hours and I was there close to seven hours. I had time sensitive plans which is why I asked the style time before even making the appointment and coming. Probably would’ve took longer if I didn’t insist I needed to leave. There was not a lot/any of communication while you were in the chair as stylist switched on the hairstyle, left the salon came back, took breaks, etc. Very disappointed because I thought I found a good salon. Back on the search..
