There seems to be a greater attention to the finer aspects of customer service, call backs, techs explaining things to clueless spouses and best of all, honest techs who say “There’s nothing wrong, just a few minor adjustments…”.When my wife and I bought our home in Smoke Rise almost seven years ago, Allen Pools was the only service that responded to our call for help. We used Allen for openings and closings, pool resurfacing, repairs and a new heater. Based on our recent experience with Allen, we look forward to doing more business. Thanks. 'Chimichanga' technician at Allen Pool service does a good job maintaining our pool. Purchased the home home about 2 years ago and a few days after closing on our home the pool turned GREEN! This was during COVID and most pool companies were completely booked and not accepting new clients. I finally reached Cliff at Allen pools and he immediately got his team on the job inspecting, draining and cleaning our pool and getting it back into usable condition. As I said Chimichanga does a good job maintaining and ensuring we continue to have a usable and safe pool.
Allen Pool and especially pool cleaning tech 'Chimichanga' are the best. I have lived in the same house for 21 years and have gone through a few companies as many pool companies are unreliable and even in they start well they slack off in time. Chimichanga is a nice guy and goes above in cleaning / servicing the pool. Cliff and Allen pool tech management have always helped maintain and repair pool. Thank you.
