“Had to replace my 24 year old heat pump (a Trane, installed by the same company). Options were clearly presented and explained along with pricing. Mountain Air and Heating is a Trane dealer and as a result, offers great pricing on Trane equipment. A quote was emailed and honored to the penny - no hidden/surprise charges. The installation of a new Trane XL15i with air handler unit was done flawlessly and exactly when it was scheduled to be performed. The installation team was polite, very service oriented, and were not bothered by any questions. The install took about 7 hours (as expected). All old units/materials were removed from the premises and all work areas were clean when they left. The new units were registered for warranties and all documentation was emailed upon payment. In summary, I would highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs. They provided great service and equipment at great prices. The company is local to Northeast GA and have been in the HVAC business for decades. Kudos to another great small business!“
