Great office staff and awesome neighbors! The area is close to downtown Cleveland which makes it great for local jobs. I've enjoyed my time living here and can't thank CD, II Properties enough!
They are very kind and understanding in the office. They have given us a great opportunity to rent from them, as well as they have worked with us on situations out of our control. They explain everything in great detail so you can have the best experience and understanding as possible. If you are looking to rent for the first time or over all I highly recommend them!
As a college student, it can be difficult to find housing that works easily with my schedule. I had a really great experience with CDII properties and they were easy to work with in regards to move in/move out dates.
