They are very kind and understanding in the office. They have given us a great opportunity to rent from them, as well as they have worked with us on situations out of our control. They explain everything in great detail so you can have the best experience and understanding as possible. If you are looking to rent for the first time or over all I highly recommend them!
As a college student, it can be difficult to find housing that works easily with my schedule. I had a really great experience with CDII properties and they were easy to work with in regards to move in/move out dates.
Michelle is Amazing she got me approved and in my apartment within 48 hours and I love it. The maintenance man was awesome, fast, and accurate on any issues I expressed. Love and am so blessed to rent from this place with these kind souls.
