I saw Ian yesterday, and let me tell you I have not felt this good in years. He assessed my trouble areas in a judgment free zone and then he helped correct those issues! 10/10 would recommend and I am definitely going back!
Alex was my massage therapist for just about 3 yrs. I would still be asking him for help if I hadn’t moved out of state. He made an amazing difference in my overall physical health. He taught me numerous exercises and stretches for self maintenance that I use now whenever I know I need it. I should do all more frequently but like most individuals we are lazy until it’s too late and we shout “Alex, I need help!” I have told everyone that will listen that Alex and his knowledge is “2nd to none!” If you get the opportunity to have him help you....you will not regret it one bit!
