I thought that I may have pests in my attic and found Alex by doing a google search. He was very pleasant and lighthearted when we spoke on the phone. He came to my house to investigate (at the time he said he would).During the visit he took his time to explain a lot about my attic space that I never would have thought of. I did not have a pest problem (thank God). Business people like Alex restore my faith in customer service! Kudos to him!

Alex at Final Trace has been such a blessing to us as landlords. He is always available when we have questions over the last year and geuninely wants to help you solve your issues quick and completely. You can count on him to text/call you back and understand your situation. We had him remove a bat in one of our properties and work on a mitigation plan. He is the wildlife expert in Augusta, GA and beyond! Highly recommend!!

We recently were experiencing a Feral pig invasion on our property.These pigs destroyed most of our yard and it was amazing the damage. Alex and his team set up cameras logged the feeding times and destroyed all of the pigs. This was in early October and we now are repairing our yard.Thank you to Alex and his team on professionalism and manner in taking care of our problem> Outstanding and very talented>Alex knows his stuff...Ben Bailey
