Despite the drive, clients find it worth it for the super friendly and helpful staff, who go above and beyond to assist with pet care. The knowledgeable and approachable team takes time to listen to concerns, explains options, and provides comforting support, ensuring pets receive the best care possible. The clinic's caring staff and dedicated vet, Dr. Hall, treat each animal with patience and compassion, making difficult decisions easier for pet owners. Many clients appreciate how the team thoroughly diagnoses issues and explains everything clearly, often going out of their way to ensure pets recover fully. The clinic remains a place where both pets and owners feel valued and well cared for.
Very friendly staff. Dr. Barrs provides very good service for a fair price and he takes time to talk about care options without upselling specialty food or drugs. They're very rurally located but the drive is worth the service.
This facility and the staff are wonderful. In my area, ear cropping is not something many will consider at all. The one vet that will do the procedure doesn’t typically do Doberman crops, and only does 1-2 crops annually on average between all breeds, however they do advise against the procedure. That wasn’t what I was looking for with my baby, I wanted him to have the most comfortable experience and minimal posting from someone who has plenty of experience. After lots of research within the Doberman communities online and a raving recommendation from someone local to me, I reached out. I can’t say enough good things about this entire practice. It’s obvious they all honestly care about providing excellent care and do so with compassion. I highly recommend them!
