“I have been using Bear’s Insured Tree Service for close to 10 years. Stan and Angel Ogletree have run this business since 1995. Both Stan and Angel are a pleasure to work with. Angel takes care of the business end, including making appointments. Stan is a certified arborist who comes to your home to discuss any concerns you have about your trees. Stan has been out to check some of my trees at least twice a year since ~ 2015. During all that time I have never been disappointed in the work they have done for me. Their work crew is highly skilled with all equipment they use and has always done a great clean-up job. After Stan comes out to determine what work needs to be done, Angel sends an email with an attached plat showing which trees or bushes need to be pruned or taken out and also the charge for the work. If the customer agrees with the email information and the price, Angel schedules the work with customer input. I have always found the charge for the work to be reasonable.
