I spoke to a representative on June 19th, 2025, and asked them to wait 2-3 weeks since my wife was having a baby the next day. Despite this, they called and texted during her C-section, pretending to apologize but continued to contact me even after I said I wasn’t interested. This company has very poor communication skills and no respect for people’s boundaries.

March 2025 Spent $17K on new boiler and $20K on new minisplits. Only reason why I went with company is sales person said they could install on other side of house. Other company said they could not.

The worst customer service in the planet besides also committing fraud. On May 12 I purchased a furnace and an AC unit. To the tune of 14,000.00. They came a few days later and installed the AC and stated the furnace was on back order . 3 weeks passed and I heard nothing from them regarding the status of my furnace . Over a two week period I called their customer service and all 3 times this was their response: let me call our service/ installation department and they will give you a call” still no calls ever. Last week I get a letter from their finance company stating that my payments for the 14,000.00 would start July 6. I called their customer service finance company and explained to the the sequence of events and stated I would gladly pay the payments on the AC but not on a furnace and furnace install that I never received. They said they would follow up.
