I had a claim for discolored carpeting I purchased through lowes. PHENIX does not stand by their product. They denied my claim after photographic evidence. The excuse was it was already installed. Do not use this supplier!!!!!!

Carpet was installed in whole house, the loops are coming undone and unraveling and it hasn't even been a year and they are declining that this is a manufacturing defect. What a joke. Will NEVER purchase they're products again nor would I suggest anyone else purchase them. My product was purchased through Lowes and NEVER AGAIN!

I would give -10 stars if I could! Spent thousands on this carpet from Lowe’s. Supposed to have a 10 year pet and stain warranty. This carpet is junk!!! Emailed the company, said I had to go through Lowe’s that they can’t talk with customers. Most absurd thing I ever heard! Since I didn’t get it professionally cleaned, they won’t honor the warranty. Getting it cleaned won’t do anything about the fact that there are pieces of the carpet coming up, it looks 10 years old . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
