Customer service is really, really poor. Kept having problems with data service. Every time I'd call for tech support would involve an hour of customer service, someone who barely speaks English, trying the same methods that didn't work the last time and ending up being told to wait a couple of days to see if the problem corrects itself.I've found that in order to get a real tech, who by the way fixes the problem in minutes, is to call right after lunch. Don't call after normal business hours.I've had data shut off 3 separate times. The first time took 6 weeks to connect with a tech and get the data turned back on.
