I was introduced to Long's through my boss who has purchased high end vinyl plank. I deal with Ms.Kat Boran who is knowledgeable, helpful, responsive and it simply an awesome person to know and work with. They sample, ship and have reasonable pricing which I cannot get in my home town. If you are thinking about any kind of flooring for your home or place of business, go directly to Long's. Ordering flooring to be delivered from states away was a little nerve wrecking especially on a tight timeline. They were more than accommodating to my needs though. My original shipment came with some damaged product from the long travel and they replaced it with no problems. The delivery company staff was very friendly also.
