DO NOT use Greg Townsend for any appliance repair. 3 months ago he came to my house for repairs on my refrigerator, oven, and range. He was unable to fix anything stating that he needed to order parts. He took the ice maker from my refrigerator saying he could fix it. 3 months later, he has not returned, will not answer any calls, and will not return any massages. Very unreliable and un-professional. Do not call Greg Townsend appliance repair if you actually expect any satisfactory results.

Greg's always does a great job and also is on time and cleans up too! I've never had a bad experience!
