The staff is described as sweet, amazing, and always eager to help, making clients feel like family. Overall, Citizens Finance provides top-notch service and support to all who visit.
I have used Citizens Finance and Tax for several years and cannot say enough great things about them! They are very friendly and professional and go above and beyond to meet the individual needs of their customers. They add that down home touch that is hard to find anywhere else and I would reccomend Citizens Finance to ANYONE!!! They are not a "one size fits all" loan service, they understand that everyones situation is different and custom your loan to fit your needs.
