This is the real deal. I've been here for a week fighting with my shiftless aftermarket warrantee company and have seen a lot behind the scenes. These pros, from the top (Tim) down, GET IT. They get the urgency of a professional driver needing to get back to their family just as much as they get the plight of a snowbird in a big desiel motorhome needing to get out of freezing weather. Somehow, they balance it all and keep everyone heading confidently towards the destination they need. They know how to find the real problem, how to find the impossible to find part to fix the problem, and, of course, how to fix it to manufacturer specifications. It's hard to pick a single reason I will always think of them as my big desiel's true keeper from now on, but it's easy to say the reason has to do with them seeing me as a PERSON with big deisel situations and not just a contributor to their corporate annual report. If you have the opportunity, get Tim to tell you a story about literally ANYTHING. He's also a master of bardsmanship, another lost art.
