“I had a wonderful experience bringing my dog here for grooming! She came back looking absolutely beautiful, and it was clear that everyone genuinely cared about her.
The only thing I questioned at first was the length of her nails because I honestly didn't know much about how short they should be. Instead of brushing off my concern, the owner took the time to look at my dog's nails with me and explained where the quick was and why they couldn't safely be trimmed any shorter. I really appreciated the patience and education—it helped me understand something I didn't know before and where I needed to better educate myself as a dog owner.
It's refreshing to find a business that not only does excellent work but also takes the time to educate and make customers feel comfortable. I'll definitely be bringing my dog back and highly recommend them!”
