Brian is a down to earth fellow who has 20 years experience in electrical work & it shows. Both him and his A-Team are personable, professional and competent. They had great communication and follow-up. They set forth a realistic timeframe for getting the job completed and were very straightforward & honest regarding the job and any changes that occurred as the job progressed.I was particularly impressed, since our job was not typical. In fact, it required a lot of troubleshooting above and beyond the norm because of previous electrical work done poorly. We had a tree fall on our home one evening, it fell right where the power went into our house and fell on power line running to our main outside power box. Power company stated we had to have electrician come out and make repairs before power could be turned back on. I called The A Team and Mr. Upchurch had just gotten home to sit down for dinner. I called a couple other guys and noone was able to come. I called ATeam back to see when he could come the following day. Instead, He actually came out that night almost dark (brought a generator to give us some power until we were restored which I thought was so kind and thoughtful) and was able to get the supplies he needed....read full review
