This Valvoline is the BEST Valvoline in the area. I have never been treated with such care and attentiveness before, and I have been going to Valvoline for many, many years. Trent the service manager made sure all the pre checks were done before we even entered the garage! He is so polite and courteous with the process, kept us updated on everything and even gave a 15% discount on our service! I can tell this crew really prioritizes their customers and their cars, is very knowledgeable on their jobs and helpful with every question I had. 10/10 service!!! I will be making this Valvoline my regular stop for all vehicle checkups and services. ☺️☺️
Man these guys are great. Had my battery die on me while in the store, so I walked over to ask if they did battery’s, not only did they help me with a new battery cheaper then buying it my self, but installed. They even walked over with me to the car with a jump pack to help get the car over to the shop. Keep up the great work
I’ve come here 3 times now and they’ve always been super kind and efficient - today was my first time seeing two girls working on cars which was cool! Love seeing women in male dominated fields - but of course the guys are always great too. Thanks :)
