My husband and I love Valley Wellness. We both get adjustments from Clayton. He is very knowledgable and wonderful at what he does. I also met with Jennifer to start the Chirothin program. I needed a program that would teach me how to eat focusing on meat, veggies, and fruit. Not just taking a pill for weight loss. I have learned to make more mindful decisions on what to eat and when to eat. And I have made it a goal to get at least 80-100 ounces of water daily. I have found that I have more energy and I am getting plenty of the right foods in! It’s about a lifestyle change and retraining your brain how to eat. Highly recommend this program.
I love how Doc. Clayton Williams always greets me with a big hug. I recommend you go let Doc. give you a fine tuned adjustment. He is as gentle as he can be but yet gets his job done. You will feel better. I recommend you continue with Doc's adjustments on a regular schedule. I also love his assistants Jennifer, Amy, Sandra and Martha. They are the best.
