Was on the phone with Samsung at noon, they asked me to go to a uBreakifix to have a technician look at my phone, I took my phone there at 1:30PM and had it back in my hands by 4:15PM. It was a rear-camera failure that had been happening since I received my new phone back in Feb. Just didn't have the time or need to mess with it since it was only the "wide angle" mode that caused failure. Got fed up with it, yesterday and got it fixed! Thanks! Phone was returned in perfect condition... better than when I left it.
What they advertise is true, you are in good hands. My kids iPad needed new batteries and Apple Store said I got to replace the whole iPad instead. But uBreakiFix worked their magic in 5 days that to 50% less price than Apple! Thank you !
