“I made a very last minute appointment for a facial with Birgit. I explained that I simply wanted to rest and relax . She gave me a 60 minute facial that far exceeded my expectations. She was attentive and thorough and even gave me a quick massage on my shoulder blades when they cramped from laying on my back. She listened when I walked in the door and I left with my face, neck and shoulders feeling invigorated AND with my next appointment on the books. “I’ve been going to Essence for a couple of years now and have never had a bad experience. I book my SNS and pedicure based on my available time/schedule so I do not have a specific nail tech. They are very accommodating, even to my last minute requests to come in! I have probably been to every tech in the salon and have liked my results. “The staff gets 5 stars for threading services. Unfortunately i have to rate 1 star for eye lash extensions. The lashes were not attached properly and looked horrible. All lashes came off the day after installed but that was ok with me because they were awful and i looked cray cray!(lol)Don't waste your funds for lash extensions BUT definitely use for brows and waxing. (i've used the threading, waxing, brow coloring services and all have been 5 star)“

“My appointment with Val and Amy for color and cut was great! Val did my color, which turned out fabulous, and Amy trimmed my long pixie cut. The cut turned out great too! Everyone at Level was friendly and welcoming! They always offer their clients beverages and make sure they are well taken care of during the entire appointment - highly recommend!“
