Honestly, what caused me to start coming here is I used to do mine and my wife's taxes with HR Block Free and paid for premium service, yadda yadda yadda. My wife and I had an issue one year, I sent the info over then at some point after that, I had a phone call with Ken. He told me (not verbatim) but that whoever did the taxes that year did them wrong. Everyone is so professional and caring. I have complete trust in the entire staff and I can say that previous experiences have not led me to feel that way about other firms. I highly recommend. Ken is a genius!!
