Chris, the roofing consultant was so courteous when he came out to our house. His team most thoroughly looked over the roof of our house. From, the beginning, he pointed our major differences that other roofing companies did not even advise us about. Getting a new roof turned out to be a great experience. James Connor, the sales agent, was informative, professional and helpful throughout the entire process. The office staff was organized and responsive to my needs. The staff worked the project around my schedule and weather concerns in order to get the job done. On site, Felipe and his crew did tremendous work. They protected the landscaping, house and pool with large tarps. Cleanup was so thorough that when they left it looked like they were never here tearing off a roof and replacing it. I am very satisfied with Reset Roofing. I recommend them highly and without any reservations.

Right from the start, Reset was the right choice. We were referred by neighbors and close friends to have Reset come out and check the roof. We knew we needed a total replacement and they sent Chris. Right from our first meeting, Chris was great to work with and helped set us up with a shingle color and everything we needed to move forward with our project. The office staff set up our install and Marlon and his crew were fantastic! On the day of install, Chris went to both next door neighbors and delivered gift cards and apologized up front for the noise.
