Our new condo had multiple leaks before the closing. I asked Reset Roofing to please inspect the roof carefully before we closed on the home. Sherry set up everything for us very efficiently and within the day. Wyatt went and inspected the condo, talked to the builder, looked at the before and after pictures of the leaks and how they were fixed, and then crawled into the attic to inspect everything. He noticed the two nails were out, a new shingle was replaced and that in spite of a severe rainstorm two days prior, everything was dry. He was satisfied and was sure the roof was fine. I am now confident going into the closing. Sherry said the roof inspection was FREE! An incredible team from top to bottom!
