I have working out for many years including at CrossFit gyms and I can tell you that is the best place to do a great rigorous workout. The trainers are excellent especially Denise one of our trainers and Richard Camp who is the owner. They stress good form meeting you where you are in terms of what you are able to do with strength training and endurance. There is a program each day designed to challenge you. Richard and Denise do a great job with motivation and encouragement! My son has been training with Coach Wayne at PPF for three months, and I have noticed a significant difference in him! Coach Wayne is great with children and motivates them to aim higher. I can see a positive improvement in my son's physicality and self-confidence. Although the owner, Coach Richard, is also a fantastic motivator, we didn't have the much opportunity to work with him as he primarily works with senior athletes.
Started 2 weeks ago, great instructors/coaches. They are very helpful and guide us with care. This place is a hidden gem. Absolutely love this place for its welcoming atmosphere . The owners treat everyone as one family.
