Howdy! Now, Im a millennial and me and my millennial girls are in this really fire millennial group (let me know if you wanna join the group! were always looking for more members and we go out on Sundays for food and drinks!) But after big weekends of partying and trying to forget about our kids we all love to go to pilates and this is one of our top places to go! Our performance in this pilates gym is amazing (Get it?) but you sure do have to be fit to do this comfortably. I absolutely loved this Pilates class! Lucia was knowledgeable, encouraging, and created such a welcoming atmosphere. The flow of the class was perfectly balanced — challenging but accessible — and I felt stronger, more centered, and energized afterward. The instructing was super clear, and I appreciated the personal adjustments that helped me get the most out of each movement. Whether you’re a beginner or more experienced, I can’t recommend this class enough. Already looking forward to my next session!
I’ve been going to Performance Pilates for several years now. I’ve tried other Pilates places but keep coming back to PP. The instructors are well trained and provide safe and effective workouts. They are the only Pilates gym that I know of that has a versatile array of Pilates equipment not found in other gyms, including reformers that can be converted to Cadillac reformers, Pilates chair, and Springboard Pilates. This family owned and operated Pilates gym is warm and friendly and provides the Pilates experience like no other. Private and group classes are available.for all levels of experience or lack there of. Check them out!
