excellent health care team. always makes me feel confident that im in good hands. unfortunately I can't say the same for the Portal at Northside. I'm not being recognized by user name OR password. I have requested a call from ANYONE to help me straighten this out on several occasions. I've played the game & changed both pw & user name but it will not co-operate. STILL WAITING

The service I have been receiving from North Atlanta Primary Care in Cumming has been great! From the intake receptionist, my PCP, Dr. Michelle R. Jenkins, blood draw staff to the check-out personnel. All have been very professional, caring and great at their jobs.
I love my PCP, Dr. Michelle R. Jenkins, she's so easy to communicate with. She feels like family.

I met with Bryce Cowgill for the first time for a followup appointment and was very pleased. He made me feel comfortable, was thorough and made some suggestions on how to improve my sleep. I would highly recommend him.
