Kraft Cleaner and Alterations

I don’t leave reviews very often but Kraft Cleaners and Alterations deserves recognition. I purchased a dress that unfortunately came in later than anticipated. The slit was way too high for a formal work event. I went in on a Tuesday and they were able to get my dress to me on time before my trip. Something came up and i was not able to pick up my dress as agreed upon. They went above beyond to ensure my dress was received on time. I’d definitely be bringing additional garments here for cleaning and alterations.

I am a very happy customer! The lady at Kraft worked diligently on a difficult dress that had to be significantly altered and she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the end result. The skill she has and attention to detail are outstanding (plus her patience with me!). This is the third dress they altered for me (one gown, one cocktail and one casual dress) this year. This last dress was the most challenging one and she did great! They know what they are doing. You can trust them!

The ladies at Kraft Cleaner and Alterations are absolutely the best!!! Their customer service and their craftsmanship is amazing! They returned my dress in pristine condition after I brought it in for alterations, it’s as if it wasn’t touched at all, that’s how talented they are. I’m so thankful and delighted I chose them! They have gained a customer and I will be returning. Absolutely amazing service.
