We were moving back into town after a 5 year hiatus and I asked a friend if they knew of any realtors that could help us find a home. And without hesitation, they gave me Denise's contact and I thank my friend every time we see them, for Denise got us into the home of our dreams. Inventory was low and after missing out on a couple of homes that was outside our control, Denise went "out-of-the box" and found a house that was not-listed yet and convinced the homeowner to allow us to view the house prior to it being listed. The house never listed, because they accepted our offer. Without Denise's marketing skills, market analysis and negotiation skills, we were able to place an offer and the owners accepted. This is by far our "dream house" and we wouldn't be here if it wasn't for Denise. If you are looking for a realtor who knows the market, who will be by your side and support you through the "ups and downs" and is a professional to every "standard" Denise is your person. Not only was Denise our realtor, in the end she became our "friend" and that's when you know you've encountered a have a great person.

I know Christy personally and she is a person that goes out of her way to help people. She is honest, loyal, hardworking, and knowledgeable in many areas but especially in finding people their family home, one that they can cherish and make memories in for the rest of their lives!
