I could not recommend K&K Towing enough. From the dispatcher to the driver, everything was handled professionally. When the driver arrived on scene, he was very knowledgeable and clearly knew exactly what he was doing.
He took extra care with our vehicle and made sure everything was handled properly. You could tell he had probably been working all day and looked a little tired, but he never slowed down and kept pushing through like a choo-choo train.
Thank you guys so much for rescuing us from the middle of a busy road. Your professionalism and dedication are truly appreciated.
I would highly recommend this company! Our daughter broke down in an area we were unfamiliar with. We called and Jay was dispatched to pick up our car. It had to be towed to Lawrenceville which is a good ways away and in 5 o’clock traffic. Jay was very nice and professional. I would definitely use this company again if the need arises. 10/10!
